Anne Porcher Chalmers {Charleston SC Bridal Portraits}

It’s no secret that I love shooting bridal portraits!! I also I really love fashion and editorial style shoots, so I tried to combine that “feel” for these. Shooting portraits are how I started my business and I have never grown tired of these sessions.

Annie shares my love for vintage and was up for anything! Between her amazing gown from Condon’s, her hair/makeup, the props I brought, and of course the ridiculously gorgeous legare waring house, the session was a blast. We had so much fun!

On a photography note, I had decided before this shoot to take all of my lenses with me. I wanted to mix it up, get a new perspective and just be creative. Between changing out lenses and switching between fun and more classic portraits, I felt like we had a good mix of both. Anne also plays the piano, so having that as a “prop” was perfect.

Hope y’all enjoy these and sorry for the abundance! As usual I had a hard time deciding. ha!

  • Tim Willoughby - Hey Juliet! These are amazing. What really amazes me though is seeing how much you were able to do in just those two rooms! I’ve shot there a dozen times and I am SO impressed with what you came up with.
    Beautiful work as always.
